Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”, in Polish: “Regulamin”) set out the rules for using this website and the electronic services made available through it, in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Ustawa z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną, Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

1. Service provider

The service provider is NEXTCENTURYIT Sp. z o.o., Aleja Wojska Polskiego 22, 80-277 Gdańsk, Poland, registered at the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS 0001246129, NIP 5842885929, REGON 544958928, share capital 75,000 PLN, e-mail connect@nextcenturyit.pl.

2. Scope of services

Through this website we provide, free of charge, electronic services consisting of: access to information about our company and IT services, and the ability to contact us by e-mail or contact form. Paid services (software development, cybersecurity and IT consulting) are agreed separately in individual contracts.

To use the website you need a device with internet access, a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active e-mail account for correspondence.

You may submit complaints regarding the electronic services by e-mail to connect@nextcenturyit.pl. We will respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content, design and trademarks on this website belong to NEXTCENTURYIT Sp. z o.o. or are used with permission and are protected by law. They may not be reused without our consent.

7. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate but provide it “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including consumer rights.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes

We may amend these Terms; the current version is always published on this page.

This Regulamin is a template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication, especially regarding consumer-law and e-services obligations.
